est\u00e1s buscando una ayuda psicol\u00f3gica pueden ser muy espec\u00edficas, como las dificultades de relaci\u00f3n con la pareja, la familia, los compa\u00f1eros de trabajo, etc., o puede que sean un malestar impreciso, cuyo origen no sabemos identificar, como la sensaci\u00f3n de intranquilidad, desasosiego, ansiedad, enfado, incluso ira. Sobre todo en momentos como los actuales, de un cambio social tan dr\u00e1stico provocado por el problema sanitario del Coronavirus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sean cuales sean las razones, la psicoterapia es una experiencia \u00fanica para entender estos sentimientos que tanto nos pueden llegar a perjudicar, no solo desde un punto de vista psicol\u00f3gico sino incluso f\u00edsico. Yo enfoco mi terapia desde una perspectiva psicodin\u00e1mica, es decir, contando con que los problemas actuales podr\u00edan estar relacionados con experiencias pasadas.
